Summary

I have a garage that goes into a basement. The slope of my driveway into my basement is so steep that if I were to try to park my car down there in the winter I wouldn’t be able to get it out if it snowed. It’s unused space. I keep our bicycles and lawn mower in the basement so I would just need enough room to walk by your car to get those out through out the summer.
