Yes! Neighbor lists top-rated storage facilities, #1 parking operators, and vetted local hosts, with over 600,000 customer reviews. Every Neighbor host is ID-verified and backed by up to $1M in liability coverage. For extra protection, renters can also opt into a Property Protection Plan at checkout. Note: If a renter decides to forgo PPP at checkout, they’ll need to upload proof of an active RV insurance policy. We also encourage renters to use their best judgment when booking and visiting a space. Read reviews, check host ratings, and look for spaces that are gated, security camera-monitored, and located in lower-crime West Palm Beach neighborhoods, such as Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights, and Villages of Palm Beach Lakes, where vehicle break-ins are less likely. In West Palm Beach, 66 locations are monitored by security cameras. There are also 7 gated locations. These features help to provide peace of mind that your RV is safe.

Monthly rates will depend on the size of the space, the amenities offered (e.g., gated entry, pull-through access, security camera monitoring, overhead roof protection, RV hookups), and its proximity to major RV attractions like McCarthy's Wildlife Sanctuary and the Norton Museum. RV storage near West Palm Beach starts at $66, with prices averaging around $112. On Neighbor, you never have to worry about expensive long-term contracts or hidden fees. Filter spaces in West Palm Beach by clicking on the “Price” tab at the top of the page and toggling the bar to your desired price maximum. Currently, 36 locations in West Palm Beach are eligible for a discount. Price increases are rare, but you will be given advanced notice if your host decides to increase their monthly rate.

That will depend on the RV class and model! For insight into the space size recommended for your specific RV type, consult Neighbor’s Storage Unit Size Guide. For more information on your RV’s exact length measurements, refer to your owner’s manual, the manufacturer’s website, or your RV’s title, registration, or insurance paperwork. Book the perfect space for your RV the first time by doing your research beforehand–and remember, it’s better to have too much space than not enough.

Pro tip: If you’re storing a Class A motorhome or a fifth-wheel camper that’s large enough to house your family of six, you’ll need to filter for spaces ranging from 40 to 45 feet long. We also recommend booking a space with pull-through access for easy entry and exit–no spotter required.

Yes! Neighbor offers flexible, month-to-month contracts, perfect for international travelers, relocating families, and RV show attendees, including those attending the West Palm Beach RV Show. Visiting Clematis Street, where RV access is limited? Switch over to your tow vehicle, and store your RV with Neighbor. No matter your travel plans, the rented space is yours for the entire month. Come and go as needed, knowing that you have a guaranteed RV storage space available at your convenience. Note: Since billing is processed monthly, payments will not be prorated if the renter removes their motorhome before the monthly rental period is up.

Yes! You can absolutely park your RV on a gravel, dirt, or grass lot if you take the necessary precautions. Spaces in unpaved lots are not only more spacious but also more likely to offer pull-through access, ideal for larger Class A and Class C RV models.

When parking your RV in a lot without gravel, it’s recommended that you invest in RV leveling blocks and ground mats. In West Palm Beach, heavy rain can lead to mud, so take precautions when storing in an unpaved lot.

Storing your RV in an unpaved parking space doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice coverage or protection. To filter spaces in by size or exposure, use Neighbor’s filters, then press “Show Spaces.”

It depends on the width, length, and height of your RV! Some teardrop trailers, pop-up campers, and small travel trailers are compact enough to fit in a standard residential or commercial garage.

Be aware that some commercial parking garages impose restrictions on recreational vehicles in general, regardless of their height or size. These commercial hosts will specify in the “vehicle restrictions” section of the listing that they do not allow RVs, campers, or other oversized vehicles if said policies are in effect, so be sure to review the listing description carefully before submitting a reservation request.

On Neighbor, payment is hassle-free! Just create a Neighbor account and connect your preferred payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are all accepted). Once you select a space and submit a reservation request, a preauthorization hold will be placed on the funds in your account until the reservation is approved. Once approved, your card will automatically be charged at the time of approval. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on the first day of each successive monthly rental period. Most reservations are renewed on the same day each month (E.g., if a reservation started on the fifth day of the month, you’ll be charged on the fifth day of each successive month). Once you’ve removed your items and cancelled online, automatic payments will stop.

When you find the right space, click "Reserve space" to submit your request. You'll be prompted to enter what you're storing, a preferred start date, and your payment information.

Hosts have 24 hours to respond to your request. If you rent an instant-book space, your reservation will automatically be approved. Otherwise, you’ll be notified via email, SMS, and push notifications (if you have the Neighbor app) when a host responds to your pending request. Currently, 8 locations in West Palm Beach are instant-book.

Yes! To make sure you get the space you want, we recommend submitting a reservation request ASAP. However, we understand that sometimes you need a few more details before you’re ready to place a reservation. In that case, reach out to your host via Neighbor Messages — a safe, secure platform designed specifically for hosts and renters to communicate.

Best practices depend on the time of year and the city you’re storing your RV! In West Palm Beach, winterization is not required. Regardless of the weather, it’s recommended that you remove all perishables, disconnect the battery (or connect it to a trickle charger), invest in an RV cover, and install an RV security system before storing your RV. As a last step, you’ll need to find the perfect long-term storage space for your RV. With Neighbor, finding the right space is easy. Read real reviews, compare your options, and book online in minutes. It’s storage and parking, made simple.

Once your reservation is approved, you’ll receive all the details needed for a successful move-in via email, including the exact listing address. Note that some commercial locations will automatically display the listing address prior to approval.

From there, all that’s left to do is to schedule a move-in time. You can refer to your host’s move-in calendar (if available) or reach out to the host at your convenience via Neighbor’s in-platform messaging system: Neighbor Messages. Here, you can set a date and time that works for your schedule.

Many Neighbor hosts grant renters 24/7 access–the ultimate convenience for RV owners who are departing for a weekend camping trip early in the morning or arriving back at home late at night. To view an individual host’s access policy, click on the desired listing and scroll down to the “Access” section.

If you rent a space in a parking garage or parking lot with an access control system, your host will issue you a key code or key fob. That way, you can come and go at your convenience.

Our hosts are known for going above and beyond for their renters. If you need to pick up or drop off your RV at a specific time of day (or at the last minute), most hosts will be willing to accommodate these requests.
