Most reservations are renewed on the same day each month (E.g., if a reservation started on the fifth day of the month, you’ll be charged on the fifth day of each successive month). Once your reservation is approved, you’ll receive all the details needed for a successful move-in via email, including the exact listing address. Note that some commercial locations will automatically display the listing address prior to approval.

From there, all that’s left to do is to schedule a move-in time. You can refer to your host’s move-in calendar (if available) or reach out to the host at your convenience via Neighbor’s in-platform messaging system: Neighbor Messages. Here, you can set a date and time that works for your schedule.
