However, certain items are prohibited platform-wide (as stated on Neighbor’s Terms of Service agreement), including explosives, fuel, hazardous or flammable materials, pesticides or other toxic chemicals, waste of any kid, firearms or ammunition, drugs or illegal substances, stolen goods or other contraband, perishable food items, any item that emits fumes or a strong odor, boats not stored properly on a trailer, and any other items specifically identified by the host as expressly prohibited.

Once approved, your card will be charged immediately. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on the first day of each successive monthly rental period.
