"I had an excellent experience with William. I left my van with him for seven months, and when I came back, it was exactly as I had left it. He took great care of the battery and made sure everything stayed in good condition during the entire time. Communication was always clear, prompt, and straightforward. William was professional, reliable, and very attentive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a safe and trustworthy place to leave their vehicle. I would definitely use his service again!"－ Verified review

"Rent for about 8 months, no issues with the car except somewhat dirty because of the time. Every time I come their dog saying hi by barking loudly, which protects your car. Also, there’s camera, even safer. The property is on top of a hill, so there’s lots of steep slopes, and very good view. So you wouldn’t worry about flood (if you from a humid area who care about), and your car is covered under shade most of the times within a day. And is only 25min away from SAN airport. Very good experience here, would recommend to anyone needed. Phuong is a very good host!"－ Verified review

"If I could take that back the 5 stars I would. Your space isn't exactly your space. He moves it when he needs to move all his other vehicles. I let him know, as a courtesy, that I'm coming to pick my vehicle up. He wants to know what time. I don't know, I have errands to run. I shouldn't have to advise him of time and act like its an appointment. Very confrontational and made me very uncomfortable."－ Verified review
