"A First-Class Storage Experience! If you are looking for a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility with a team that actually cares about its clients, this is the place. I recently brought my motorhome here, and Natalie went completely above and beyond to help me. She patiently walked me through three different spots to make sure I had plenty of room to maneuver and get the rig parked comfortably. Even with the extra time and effort it took to find the perfect fit, the management never tried to hit me with any surprise or additional fees, which says a lot about how they run their business. We did run into a minor issue with the storage door not closing, but Natalie jumped right on it. She coordinated with a service technician immediately to get it fixed up quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire staff—Courtney, Natalie, and the doorman—were incredibly courteous, professional, and focused on making sure everything was handled right. They took what could have been a stressful moving day and made it incredibly easy. I highly recommend Prime Storage. It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days, and they truly take pride in what they do!"－ Verified review

"Edward was very responsive and has a large lot. I was able to store my trailer on my own property before moving onto Ed’s lot, but the location and size of the lot are very convenient and secure. "－ Verified review

"Jay himself was great as a host, very patient kind and understanding. I wouldn't recommend storing a RV or fifth wheel bigger than 35 ft here. Our fifth wheel is 43 ft and we ended up having to back it out the entire way. It says it can hold up to 50 ft but that's really pushing its limits because we were not able to turn within the space due to the other cars that were there. Also make sure to ask for an updated picture of the cars kept at the space because there were vehicles there that weren't in the picture which affected how much space you had to work with. Any small Vehicle is perfectly fine."－ Verified review
