The space feels good and secure. I’ve stored two cars for about a week at a time because I didn’t need a full month. However, the app doesn’t seem to offer pro-rated rental for less than a month at a time. Therefore I’ve had to pay a total of nearly $1,200. A published daily/weekly pro-rated charge would probably have been more cost-effective for me while giving Kevin the flexibility to explore rentals for longer intervals.

The space was great, easy to get to, and well-located! I did have issues with the "Neighbor" system, which is not Kevin's fault. It turns out that they charge the first of the month, and I was assured that was not the case. I moved in on Nov7th and needed to move out on Dec6th. I was told by two different people at "Neighbor" that I would not have to pay for another whole month... they were wrong

Welcome to our parking lot located in San Jose. We offer monthly vehicle storage parking that is monitored within our lot which will provide a safer location to store your vehicle. There is a 7 ft height restriction at this location. Please reserve your space via Neighbor.com or the Neighbor app. Access will be provided after you reserve our space and stop by the location to pick up a parking fob at our leasing office. Please allow 24 hours to schedule your check-in. A license plate will be required to reserve a spot. No RV, boats, or oversized vehicles will be allowed. We look forward to hosting you!
