"While J stated he had a family emergency I was a little upset that I didn’t get a text informing me the next day, since he set the appointment. And I didn’t get a reply on the day of the reservation.Because of that it seemed there was going to be an issue with reaching J, especially if I wanted to drive my car, or start it for battery maintenance, So for that reason, I cancelled I do think J did had a legitimate family emergency, and that is why I gave him a 3 out of 5, instead of a 1, for not being able to get ahold of him while sitting out in front of the location for an extended amount of time."－ Verified review

"Easy to find using navigation directions from the app. Easy communication using the app. Good price. The storage is a horse corral that is all dirt. So it was difficult to disconnect my trailer as I had difficulty wiggling it. (The owner helped and then it was easy) Also, I’m not sure it would be easy to put in or take out when it’s wet.
