Expect to receive parking instructions via email after your reservation request is submitted and approved.

Most hosts will specify whether EV charging is offered in the “About this space” section of the listing. If EV charging isn't specifically mentioned in the listing description, it’s still possible this is an on-site amenity. You are more likely to find EV charging in enclosed parking garages and commercial parking.

To confirm that EV charging is offered on-site, it never hurts to check with your host. Just use Neighbor’s in-platform messaging system: Neighbor Messages.

It depends on the space’s height restrictions and the host’s policy on oversized vehicles!

Many commercial parking garages impose restrictions on oversized fleet vehicles. If that is the case, these hosts will specify in the “vehicle restrictions” section of the listing that they don’t allow oversized vehicles, so be sure to review the listing description carefully before submitting a reservation request.

Even if oversized vehicles aren’t specifically prohibited, certain height restrictions may prevent you from parking an oversized vehicle, like a delivery van, in a commercial parking garage or private residential garage. If the garage’s height restrictions aren’t posted in the “About this space” section of the listing, you can contact your host via our in-platform messaging system for more information.

On Neighbor, payment is hassle-free! Just create a Neighbor account and connect your preferred payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are all accepted). Once you select a space and submit a reservation request, a preauthorization hold will be placed on the funds in your account until the reservation is approved. Once approved, your card will be charged immediately. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on the first day of each successive monthly rental period. Once you’ve removed your items and cancelled online, automatic payments will stop.

When you find the right space, click "Reserve space" to submit your request. You'll be prompted to enter what you're storing, a preferred start date, and your payment information.
