"Rhea was an all-around wonderful host: she was extremely accommodating and polite from start to finish, and I always felt welcome renting from her. The space was large, easy to access with a garage door opener, & well-lit with both a regular light switch on the inside, in addition to a motion detection sensor. The 24-hour access was an added bonus that can sometimes be difficult to find from commercial companies, especially without tacking on extra fees. She made the rental process extremely simple & straightforward as well.
