I recently brought my motorhome here, and Natalie went completely above and beyond to help me. She patiently walked me through three different spots to make sure I had plenty of room to maneuver and get the rig parked comfortably. Even with the extra time and effort it took to find the perfect fit, the management never tried to hit me with any surprise or additional fees, which says a lot about how they run their business. We did run into a minor issue with the storage door not closing, but Natalie jumped right on it. She coordinated with a service technician immediately to get it fixed up quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire staff—Courtney, Natalie, and the doorman—were incredibly courteous, professional, and focused on making sure everything was handled right. They took what could have been a stressful moving day and made it incredibly easy. I highly recommend Prime Storage.
