"I booked a parking spot in this lot after my car broke down in Lancaster 150 miles from home . I was able to return to retrieve the car after a week and am very thankful for having reserved a space here. Melissa was very kind and responsive to messages. The lot was easy to find, secure, well lit, & had plenty of open spots. I experienced no issues with damage, theft, vandalism. My car was exactly how I left it where I left it. Very appreciative! "
