Once you select a space and submit a reservation request, a preauthorization hold will be placed on the funds in your account until the reservation is approved. Once approved, your card will automatically be charged at the time of approval. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on the first day of each successive monthly rental period. Most reservations are renewed on the same day each month (E.g., if a reservation started on the fifth day of the month, you’ll be charged on the fifth day of each successive month).
