I was unsure about the space to leave my car with some valuable stuff so he allowed me to come look at the place before booking the reservation and this allowed for me to feel comfortable to reserve the spot and leave me car. He was very nice and even offered if I had a car cover to just check up on it and make sure every now and then it was still on.
