"If I could take that back the 5 stars I would. Your space isn't exactly your space. He moves it when he needs to move all his other vehicles. I let him know, as a courtesy, that I'm coming to pick my vehicle up. He wants to know what time. I don't know, I have errands to run. I shouldn't have to advise him of time and act like its an appointment. Very confrontational and made me very uncomfortable."－ Verified review

"I had an excellent experience with William. I left my van with him for seven months, and when I came back, it was exactly as I had left it. He took great care of the battery and made sure everything stayed in good condition during the entire time. Communication was always clear, prompt, and straightforward. William was professional, reliable, and very attentive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a safe and trustworthy place to leave their vehicle. I would definitely use his service again!"－ Verified review

"A First-Class Storage Experience! If you are looking for a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility with a team that actually cares about its clients, this is the place. I recently brought my motorhome here, and Natalie went completely above and beyond to help me. She patiently walked me through three different spots to make sure I had plenty of room to maneuver and get the rig parked comfortably. Even with the extra time and effort it took to find the perfect fit, the management never tried to hit me with any surprise or additional fees, which says a lot about how they run their business. We did run into a minor issue with the storage door not closing, but Natalie jumped right on it. She coordinated with a service technician immediately to get it fixed up quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire staff—Courtney, Natalie, and the doorman—were incredibly courteous, professional, and focused on making sure everything was handled right. They took what could have been a stressful moving day and made it incredibly easy. I highly recommend Prime Storage. It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days, and they truly take pride in what they do!"－ Verified review
