"Derek was a very kind and understanding person, good at communicating and 90% of the time got back to me quickly, but there were a few issues i wish i didnt have to make him aware of or have to follow up with. All issues were dealt with within a reasonable amount of time, just would have prefered to have been notified on progess or situation rather than me discovering it. Ex: a tree branch fell on my parking spot making it impossible to park- he took care of the branch immediately but there was no notification prior to me driving in to find i couldnt park. "Jason responds so quick and move in process was quick. When I come back to pick up my car parked at Jason’s yard, it was 1am due to late landing. He put my car key in the mail box. But, the battery in car ran out because I parked my car 5 weeks, and I couldn’t start engine. I thought I should come next day because I had no battery booster to start engine. Jason called his neighbor and asked to help at 1am. I really appreciate his prompt response and his neighbor to help me at such late night! I never met such kind host before!"－ Verified review
