"The attendant was very helpful and nice to talk to. Ran into a problem though with someone parking in two spots, one of them being the space I reserved. It was my impression that if that happens, the other vehicle gets towed. Not necessarily out of the lot, just out of the way. But instead the attendant said she had to find another free space and rebook me, even though there was only one left. I also apparently had to pay again for a spot, only to expect a refund a week later. That put a dent in my finances momentarily. I don't think the customer should be put through all that because someone else decided to park in two places without care."－ Verified review

I recently brought my motorhome here, and Natalie went completely above and beyond to help me. She patiently walked me through three different spots to make sure I had plenty of room to maneuver and get the rig parked comfortably. Even with the extra time and effort it took to find the perfect fit, the management never tried to hit me with any surprise or additional fees, which says a lot about how they run their business. We did run into a minor issue with the storage door not closing, but Natalie jumped right on it. She coordinated with a service technician immediately to get it fixed up quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire staff—Courtney, Natalie, and the doorman—were incredibly courteous, professional, and focused on making sure everything was handled right. They took what could have been a stressful moving day and made it incredibly easy. I highly recommend Prime Storage.
