"My Host Joe was super nice, very easy to deal with and was totally accommodating! I liked the ease of the Neighbor system to get set up, but what I didn't like was how you have to cancel. It should allow you to set a specific date in the future to cancel, instead of having to remember to cancel it on the day you pick up your vehicle. Other than that I found it to be pretty easy to use."
