" For the 8 months I WAS a storage Renter in this warehouse establishment, the Supervisor Jorge, was always so kindly helpful in my Renter endeavors. In fact, the only reason my Neighbor Host-Renter relationship has recently come to a end, is because the property management recently informed us tenants there were plans to begin renovating soon, and needed us to now remove our belongings. This unexpected change in operation DID cost me a solid $400 in relocation... and, despite my frustration about the sudden change, Supervisor Jorge was most understanding and flexible to work with during my transition out. Supervisor Jorge was always so willing to accommodate me with business referrals, practical suggestions and the evaluation of options in my time-sensitive Renter situations that would occur from time-to-time. HE WAS "The Brain". Considering the neighborhood of Kendall is a decent, "family-friendly" area with a very low crime rate, I knew I chose a safe place to do business here in Miami-Dade County as the warehouse is conveniently located directly behind Dadeland Station Shopping Center. In hindsight, with my belongings being stored on a open floor arrangement as it had been, I actually had total peace of mind because the warehouse was surveillanced both technically with a camera system, as well as physically, with a 24-hour on-site Overseer... who's ALSO named Jorge. Overseer Jorge was always willing to assist me with the use of the warehouse forklift, pallet jack and power drill making the labourous task of transferring my ENTIRE 16'x9' pallet-staged bulk of belongings a breeze to complete all within 10 minutes! HE WAS "The Brawn". TOGETHER, these two Men made my Renter experience a "Best-Case-Scenario" experience, and I'd choose them again. So... it's a literal warehouse... but thinking outside the box about it's "bells and whistles", as I did... you'll get the MOST Value as a Renter. (I assure you) HEADS-UP: You'll need to fully cover your belongings with a protective barrier to shield it from the over-spray powder residue the warehouse workers cause while power spray painting inside. Bring CASH(or nearest ATM). Overseer Jorge is a valuable personnel there who will ease your dutiful day as a storage Renter... don't forget* to kindly reward him for that. "－ Verified review
